About Us
We are a non-profit organization that's founded by Child Care Professionals. We seek to improve the quality of child care programs, through workshops, educational trainings, and private consultations.
Our Mission
As self-employed business professionals, our mission is to work alongside child care professionals to provide resources and information to develop quality programs. To encourage and empower child care providers to lead projects that will increase the quality of a child care. We work with local agencies to offer health and safety resources and referrals within the community.
Our Values
We value our child care professionals and the important work they do each day. We believe that quality in child care starts with the child care provider. Learning key steps to setup a quality program can lessen the amount of stress a provider may experience. As peer advocates, we understand and support the many needs of building and sustaining a quality child care business. We value and support diversity, and respect all cultures. We promote peer group engagement in a relaxed environment.
